We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Validation and Software Leaderunder the direction of the Head of Quality, Compliance, and Audit partnering with our Commercial, Product, and Delivery teams to develop and help customers adopt Evinova solutions on a streamlined and rapid fashion in a validated stateIn this position, you be a key driver on streamlining our current internal validation programs as both a hands-on expert and leader to provide direction to the key teams, additionally be a key project team member overseeing the validation needs and practices for our customers as they adopt, validate and maintain our applications under a state of control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the Evinova Software Development Lifecyle and delivery methodology are continually kept in a robust and complaint state continually refining our deliverables to meet internal and customer needs while simplifying the validation process

  • Align the validation methodology internally per product lines to align with regulatory standards and provide a solid baseline for customer delivery to deploy externally

  • Lead the customer validation support offering from developing the processes, aligning with customer delivery, and the end customer to aid in a rapid adoption of the Evinova product lines and ensuring ease of ongoing upgrades while keeping the system in a validated state.

  • Be a key resource aligning with internal and external collaborators passionate about the customer, ensuring alignment in achievements and artifacts are maintained to allow ease of adoption and continual upgrades as applicable. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Information Technology).

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience

  • Proven experience in a SaaS based company working in a regulated space 

  • Experience understanding, developing, and leading validation programs both internally and for external customer implementations 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong project management and coordination skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environmentacross various time zones

Compensation Factors:

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $162,892.00 - $244,338.00. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
